Q: How do I get my username and password?
A: Your username is your email address, and password is the password you selected at the time of registration
Q: What if I forgot my password, or am unable locate my registration email?
A: In the login screen (https://gsmarketing.net/TCSSB) click the "Forgot Password or Need to Login?" link, located under the sign-in box and follow the prompts to set/reset your password.
Q: Why do I receive an “Email not found” error message when trying to log in?
A: The email address you are entering has not been set up in the system.
The designated admin user at your dealership can add you as a user, or verify that you are using the correct email address.
If you discover that your email address is incorrect, please email technical support at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How do I know who my admin user is at my dealership?
A: Please contact your DSPM who can either direct you to the right person, or add you to the system as an admin.
Q: Can I share my username and password with other people at my dealership?
A: Due to highly sensitive customer information contained in the report, we do not recommend shared logins. Please create unique logins for all individuals who should have access to the report (admin only).
Q: It’s my first time logging in. How do I get acquainted with the site?
A: We recommend watching the brief Introductory Video, or download the presentation, both found in the ‘Help’ drop down in the upper left corner in the black bar once you log into the site. The Help Guide, also found in the ‘Help’ drop-down, includes step-by-step instructions.
